Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You may return products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Books that have been written in, highlighted, or damaged cannot be returned. Opened packs and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at learn@umbertoglobal.com with your Order ID and photos. We will replace or refund immediately.
